Spritual City With Golden Triangle Excursion

Hindus believe that one who is graced to die on the land of Varanasi would attain salvation and freedom from the cycle of birth and re-birth. Abode of Lord Shiva and Parvati, the origins of Varanasi are yet unknown. Ganges in Varanasi is believed to have the power to wash away the sins of mortals.Varanasi has also been a great center of learning for ages.


Varanasi is associated with promotion of spiritualism, mysticism, Sanskrit, yoga and Hindi language and honored authors such as the ever-famous novelist Prem Chand and Tulsi Das, the famous saint-poet who wrote Ram Charit Manas. Many exponents of dance and music have come from Varanasi.

Day 01 : Arrival Delhi

Arrive New Delhi, India’s Capital, where you are greeted with a traditional Indian welcome on arrival at the airport by our representative and escorted to the hotel for overnight.

Day 02 : Delhi Sight Seeing

Wind down your journey by discovering the best of Old and New Delhi. Visit the great Jama Masjid, the most important mosque in India. Then, Ride like a Local as you set off on an exciting rickshaw ride through Chandni Chowk, the bustling main street of Old Delhi. Afterwards visit Rajghat - This is the place where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated.

Then have a break for your lunch, and then visit later part of the tour, drive through the colonial heritage of Lutyen’s Delhi, covering President House (from outside) is the official residence of the President of India. Formerly the residence of the Viceroy of India, later see India Gate - It's a majestic high arch,42 meters high, built as a memorial to the Indian Soldiers killed in world war – 1.

Later we visit Humayun Tomb - It was built in the mid 16th century by Haji Begum, senior wife of Humayun, the second Mughal emperor and The Qutab Minar - which was built to celebrate the victory of Mohammed Ghori over Rajput king Prithviraj Chauhan in 1192 AD, by his then viceroy, Qutb-ud-din Aibak, who later became the first Sultan of Delhi of the Mamluk dynasty. Qutab Minar is 72.5m high tower dates back to the 13th century and is one of the greatest bequests of the Islamic culture.

Day 03 : Delhi – Jaipur

Check out from the hotel after breakfast and drive to Jaipur ( Pink City ), Jaipur is the capital and largest city of the Indian state of Rajasthan. It was founded on 18 November 1727 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, Upon arrival check in at hotel.

Day 04 : Jaipur Sight Seeing

Morning is a good time to climb up to Amber Fort on an Elephant Safari (subject to availability). Amber Fort (The classical romantic Rajasthan Fort palace. It’s construction was started by Man Singh I in 1592 and completed by his descendant Jai Singh-I.

We spend the afternoon in the city to visit City Palace - the former Royal residence part of it converted into a museum later we visit Jantar Mantar - which is the largest stone and marble crafted observatory in the world, the observatory has 17 large astronomical instruments, many of them still in working condition.

Photo stop at Hawa Mahal - the literal meaning of Hawa Mahal is Palace of Winds. Hawa Mahal was built by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh in 1799. Afterwards you can also walk through the busy market streets of Jaipur.

Day 05 : Jaipur – Fatehpur Sikri - Agra

Morning after breakfast proceed to Agra, Agra is one of the prominent destinations of the World. Now Days Agra becomes land mark of India. On route just 40Kms before west of Agra we stop to visit the deserted city of Fatehpur Sikri, abandoned due to scarcity of water.

It is built a city predominantly in Red Sandstone and is called Fatehpur Sikri, which is also known as a fairy-tale ghost city of delicately carved red sandstone. Fatehpur Sikri was built by the Great Mughal Emperor Akbar during 1570 and 1585. It is one of the finest examples of the culmination of Hindu and Muslim architecture. Upon arrival check in at hotel.

Day 06 : Agra – Taj Mahal & Agra Fort

We start our day with a visit to Taj Mahal by Tonga’s (horse carriage). An Indian icon, the much-photographed and instantly recognizable. Taj Mahal is known as the world’s most famous monument to love. The romantic story of this exceptional building is almost as beautiful as the palace itself. Heartbroken at the death of his second wife, Mumtaz Mahal, the renowned leader Shah Jahan designed the Taj as a monument to his lost love.

Afterwards back to your hotel for one hour or one and half hour rest. Later we continue your tour for Agra Fort - Near the gardens of the Taj Mahal stands the important 16th-century Mughal monument known as the Red Fort of Agra. More often than not, the Agra Fort is overshadowed by the pristine beauty of the Taj but for those looking for something beyond romance; the Agra Fort is worth seeing. Situated on the bank of river Yamuna, the Agra Fort today, stands as a citadel of the past that has witnessed centuries slip by.

Day 07 : Agra – Jhansi – Orcha - Khajuraho

Check out from the hotel after breakfast and proceed your journey for Jhansi by Train, On arrival you will be pick up by our representative awaited for you there at Jhansi Railway Station, Afterwards drive to Khajurao via Orcha.

We spend our entire day for the guided tour of Orcha or enroute Visit Chattris - Chattris are most popular sightseeing attraction of Orchha, situated on the banks of River Betwa. These Chattris are basically the tombs of Maharajas that have been placed on elevated platforms and supported by pillars. They have been painted in a unique manner that provides their view even from a distance.

The main place from where these Chattris are viewed is the narrow bridge across the river, where this whole structure is clearly seen in the river water. This whole structure contains total 14 Chattris that are placed in a row.

Later, we proceed your tour to visit Oont Khana, Raj Mahal and Orcha Nature Reserve Garden. Then drive to Khajurao. Upon arrival check in to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 08 : Khajuraho Sight Seeing

We spend our entire day for the guided tour of the temples at Khajuraho. Most popular places in Khajuraho are Chitragupta Temple, Kandariya Mahadev Temple, Chaturbhuj Temple and Raneh Falls

Chitragupta Temple is an ancient shrine located eastwards facing the direction of the rising sun. Constructed in 11th century, the temple is dedicated to Sun God, who is also known as Lord Surya. The temple houses a beautiful 5 ft high standing idol of Lord Surya driving a chariot, which is operated by seven horses.

Kandariya Mahadev Temple - The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva, as at the centre of the Garbha Griha, a linga is installed. Beautiful architecture of the temple is based on typical five-part design, which consists of Garbha Griha, Ardhamandapa, Pradakshina and Mahamandapa supported with pillars. The tower present in the temple is more than 100 ft high.

Chaturbhuj Temple - The elaborated entrance through the doorway has beautifully carved figures of Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh. The temple also houses a carved image of 9 ft high, four armed Lord Vishnu. Apart from these, the temple also possesses another incarnation of Vishnu known as the Narasingha avatar and a Shiva's incarnation Ardhanarishvara.

Raneh Falls - Forming 30 m deep and around 5 km long canyon, the falls flow down at the Ken Gharyal Sanctuary. The surroundings of the falls are adorned with crystalline granite, which is present in varying shades ranging from pink, red and grey.

Afterwards drive back to your hotel for overnight stay.

Day 09 : Khajraho – Varanasi

Fly to Varanasi - We have afternoon flight to Varanasi - a city of more than a thousand Hindu and Buddhist temples and shrines, sacred to Hindus and Buddhists alike. Upon arrival in Varanasi you will be transferred to hotel.

Later in the evening, At dusk, head to the banks of the sacred Ganges River to witness the Aarti ceremony. Take in the sounds of chanted prayers and rhythmic drumming as you watch the Hindu priests — holding lanterns to keep the darkness at bay — bid the gods and goddesses a restful slumber. Return to the hotel for a farewell dinner.

Day 10 : Varanasi – Delhi

Just before dawn when the east starts turning from dark to orange, we will take you for the famed Boat Ride on the River Ganges, Move slowly into the middle of the river on your small boats and sail through the water of Holy Ganges. After some time, none other than the Sun would welcome you with a beautiful new morning which you would love to store among your most beautiful memories.

The early morning boat ride on Holy River Ganges provides an unmatched view of the Ghats and the daily morning ceremonies being performed by the priests followed by a walking tour of the city.

Return back to the hotel for breakfast and check out from the hotel, visit Varanasi’s highlights, including Banaras Hindu University; the 18th-century Durga Temple, devoted to the Hindu deity, Durga; and Bharat Mata Temple, dedicated by Mahatma Gandhi to Mother India. In the afternoon, explore nearby Sarnath, a park where Gautama Buddha is said to have given his first sermon 25 centuries ago.

In time transfer to the domestic airport to board the flight for Delhi / Mumbai. Our representative will greet you upon your arrival at Delhi / Mumbai. Later our representative will escort you to the International Airport and assist you check-in for your flight to onward destination.
